They did a pre purchase inspection for me and made me aware of a potentially expensive transmission issue with the vehicle I was about to buy, also provided a cost estimate to fix the issue. They are very professional and knowledgeable, I felt confident with the advice they gave and decided not to purchase the vehicle. I strongly recommend them for a pre purchase inspection if you are planning on buying a pre owned vehicle.

Came for an inspection, process was very quick (took probably 15 min max) and customer service was great- laidback but kind. The online portal is convenient for scheduling appointments and the price was great (18.50). Overall great experience and would definitely recommend anyone needing a state inspection to come here!

Wonderful service, they followed up to see how my the lights on my Mini were working. I told them the passenger brake light had stopped working. They told me to bring it in. I dropped it off they found the issue repaired it at no charge. This was my second time using Cooper Pit Stop, this time I had the Oil Filter Cooling assembly replaced. I was loosing coolant, they diagnosed the issue and quoted me a price. The repair was completed quickly at quoted price. Happy with the service I received.
